Whether you choose an in-house or open program, our emphasis on
individual coaching limits each workshop to eight delegates. Each
residential workshop lasts three and a half intensive, 12-hour
days.

Attendees conduct negotiations and, through the use of video
analysis, identify the appropriateness of their strategies,
tactics, and behavior.
We conduct a thorough interview with all new clients and tailor
each version of the workshop to meet the needs of your business,

Is there follow-up assessment?
After a comprehensive personal feedback session, we provide
every workshop attendee with a personal development report written
by the workshop's negotiation consultant, offering feedback on
performance and practical advice on ways to improve future

Continuing professional development is key to the long-term
success of the workshop. All attendees receive access to eGap, our
online service that provides a suite of Web-based training and
evaluation material, helping workshop attendees to strengthen and

After four to six weeks, the negotiation consultant provides an
additional coaching session. Three months after the workshop, we
provide a one-day follow-up workshop, structured to ensure that
