A two-day negotiation workshop aimed at those for whom negotiations form an important part of their job role and performance.
The New Negotiator is a highly practical way of learning how to negotiate; new skills and a new methodology for the current economic environment.
The New Negotiator will challenge and support, whilst providing you with a practical experience that will equip you to negotiate effectively within those business relationships you are involved with.
This two-day practical workshop is aimed at building competence and confidence in negotiation, practicing both competitive and co-operative forms of negotiation.
structured 360° feedback
The New Negotiator Workshop is structured around preparing, exploring, proposing and agreeing, and the skills associated with each of these stages of negotiation. You will receive video-based and structured 360° feedback, as well as generating an ongoing personal development plan.
The workshop is residential, delivered by a Gap negotiation practitioner, accommodates 12 attendees, and is tailored to each client's requirements. The workshop is also supported with a comprehensive tool kit and workshop handouts.
