How do I get the benefits of eGap?

to delegates through eGap to support the learning

How do I log in to eGap?
To log in to eGap, click the eGap Login button and enter your
email address and password.
If you are a new user, click the Register button and enter your
registration code. Your registration code is in the attached
instructions in the eGap user guide section.
Where do I find my registration code to register on eGap?
If you are a new delegate attending one of our workshops, your
registration code is in the attached instructions in the eGap user
guide section.
I registered with eGap before but cannot remember my password.
Can you give it me?
Unfortunately, no. Our consistent, ongoing efforts to
promote and improve security within all our information systems
mean that members of the client services team can no longer access
your passwords. If you forgot your password, go to the eGap
Login button in the upper-right corner of your screen and click the
Forgotten Password link. You are then prompted to enter your email
address and answer your security question. You will then receive an
email with a temporary password
I clicked Forgotten Password and followed the instructions but
have not received an email. What do I do?
Please check your company spam filters, as these emails are
sometimes intercepted by them. If you have not received the email
within an hour, contact our client services team at +1 914 925
0380.
What do I do if I change companies?
Send an email with your name, old and new email addresses, and
the name of both companies to eGap@thegappartnership.com.
Where do I find the "Pre-workshop Information and Objectives"
and "Negotiation Profiler"?
Once you have logged in to eGap, click the My Profile button,
which opens a drop-down menu. Click the links for 'Pre-workshop
Information and Objects' and 'Negotiation Profiler,' then follow
the steps outlined in your eGap user guide.
I do not have time to complete the necessary information on
eGap. Will this affect my participation in the workshop?
Yes. Your responses provide the tutor with invaluable
information on the objectives you need to meet as a result of your
workshop attendance. We use the information you provide when
registering to tailor the program to your needs. Completing
the relevant sections does not take long, and a staff member of The
Gap Partnership is always available should you require
assistance.
